Return policy

Thank you so much for purchasing from us. If you need to return something, we want it to be hassle free.

We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. The 30-day period begins when you receive your item; your return package must be received within the 30-day period that begins when you receive your items. Late returns will not be accepted.

We will not accept returns of products that have been cut, sewn, disassembled, or altered in any way.

The tags must still be attached.

You can request to return an item by going to your order history and following the instructions. You can also find a link to request a return in the footer of each page.

Returns typically take about 5 days to process.

To return an item, please refer to the instructions on your packing slip included in your package. It's not a requirement, but we ask that you fill out the feedback request before packaging your return as this is invaluable information for us to improve.

As long as the item is in good condition, i.e. has not been laundered or does not show clear signs of wear and tear, you will receive a full refund. If you have any questions, please use the chat feature on our site to contact us.

Bundled Items
You may return a bundle for refund or exchange in its entirety. In other words, you cannot return a single item from within your bundle for a refund or an exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. As soon as we're able to process it, we'll issue an automatic refund to your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
